Installation of solar panel laminator in New Mexico University

The high-performance laminator independently developed and manufactured by REOO Technology has successfully arrived at the Photovoltaic and New Energy Laboratory of the University of New Mexico, USA, and the equipment installation and comprehensive commissioning have been fully completed. During the on-site service that lasted for several days, our technical team, with a professional, efficient and rigorous attitude, ensured that all operating parameters of the equipment were optimized. The laminator demonstrated outstanding lamination quality and system stability right from the trial production stage, earning high recognition from the university.

The delivered laminator integrates years of innovative achievements of our company in the field of photovoltaic encapsulation. It features core advantages such as high-precision temperature control, uniform pressure distribution, and intelligent automated operation, which can effectively improve module yield and production efficiency, fully meeting the stringent requirements of university research for process repeatability and data accuracy. Commissioning results show that the laminated samples feature low bubble rate, firm adhesion and flat appearance, with all performance indicators exceeding expectations, providing solid technical support for the laboratory to conduct research on new photovoltaic materials and module structures.

Along with the equipment delivery, our technical expert team was also invited to deliver a special lecture entitled New Photovoltaic Technologies and Development Trends of Cutting-edge Equipment for professors, researchers and graduate students at the University of New Mexico. The lecture focused on in-depth sharing of hot topics including perovskite/silicon tandem cells, flexible photovoltaic modules, and intelligent manufacturing equipment.
