What cell technologies do your lines support?

Our equipment is engineered with high versatility to support the industry's most advanced cell technologies. This includes full compatibility with PERC, TOPCon (optimized for N-type with advanced SMBB integration), and HJT (featuring low-temperature soldering and high-precision handling).
What cell efficiencies and sizes can the line handle?

The line generally supports cell efficiencies ranging from 22% to 26% and beyond. The equipment accommodates a variety of standard sizes, including M10 and G12.
What module formats are supported?

The lines support a wide range of formats including full-size, half-cut, monofacial, bifacial, SMBB, and glass-glass structures. Custom configurations can be provided to accommodate specific module formats or customer requirements.

What is the production capacity and takt time?

We offer exclusive, customized solutions tailored to your specific factory layout and production capacity requirements. We provide standard annual rated capacities such as 50MW, 100MW, and 200MW, which can be scaled based on your needs. The line takt time typically ranges from 7 to 20 seconds per module depending on the configuration.
What is the yield rate and level of automation?

The yield rate is greater than 95% under normal operation. The production line can be configured as fully automatic, semi-automatic, or hybrid, strictly according to the customer's requirements.
What primary machinery and auxiliary systems are included?

A complete line typically includes a Laser dicing machine, Stringer, Layup machine, Laminator, Trimming machine, Framing machine, Jbox welding machine, Curing line, and IV/EL Testers. We also supply necessary auxiliary systems like chillers, air compressors, and flash simulators.
Can the line be upgraded later?

Yes, the production capacity can be upgraded at a later stage simply by adding equipment such as stringing machines and laminating machines.

› Quality Control & Certifications

Are the produced modules compliant with international standards?

Yes, the lines are specifically designed to support the manufacturing of modules compliant with IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards. We can also provide sample modules tested by TUV, UL, or SGS.
What quality monitoring systems are included?

Standard lines include pre-lamination and post-lamination EL testing equipment. The EL imaging resolution provides sufficient spatial resolution to meet the requirements specified in relevant IEC standards. The line also supports comprehensive traceability via QR or serial number tracking.

What are the factory floor area and ceiling height requirements?

Space requirements are fully customizable and scale with your chosen capacity. Generally, a minimum of 200 sqm of floor space is needed. For commercial-scale lines, the area typically ranges from 800-1000 sqm for production, plus 300-500 sqm for storage. The ceiling height must be higher than 4 meters to accommodate equipment like laminators.
What are the utility, HVAC, and clean-room requirements?

Power consumption depends on the line capacity (e.g., a 100 MW line consumes approximately 250KW to 300KW). Production areas require standard clean-room environments with room temperatures controlled at around 25 degrees C (±5 degrees C) and humidity maintained between 30% and 65%.

› Installation, Training & Support

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

Yes, we provide comprehensive on-site installation and commissioning. Depending on the capacity, we deploy 1 to 5 engineers for approximately 15 to 30 working days. The line typically reaches stable mass production around 2 weeks after installation.
What kind of training is provided for operators?

We provide thorough operator and maintenance training, including 7-10 days of on-site training or a 2-month program conducted in English. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals are provided in English. Customers are also welcome to our China factory for free training.
What is the warranty and spare parts policy?

Each machine is covered by a 12-month warranty, and we supply lifetime after-sales service. We provide initial spare parts (typically 2 years' worth) and maintenance tools. Our response time for breakdowns is within 30 minutes.

› Commercial Terms & Delivery

What is the general timeline for delivery and setup?

The standard production lead time is 45 to 60 working days after the down payment. Shipping takes around 40 days, and installation/commissioning requires approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
What are the pricing and payment terms?

Pricing is generally quoted on FOB terms. The standard payment structure is 50% advanced after signing the contract, and 50% before shipping. We provide formal commercial quotations within 7 calendar days.
Are there any penalties or excluded costs?

Standard quotations generally exclude the on-site installation fee. There are no performance penalties related to output or yield.
