Longi solar panel new factory is engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high-efficiency monocrystalline batteries. It covers an area of about 278 acres and a construction area of about 100,000 square meters. The total investment exceeds 6.5 billion yuan, of which 3.5 billion yuan is for high-tech production equipment.

Seen in the new production workshop of LONGI SOLAR, the robotic arm with full sense of science and technology is working in an orderly manner. Under multiple refined processes, the cut pieces of cells have passed through the conveyor belt to enter the screen printing process. The workers in the service carefully observe the quality of screen printing and intercept cells that do not meet the manufacturing standards in time... Each cell can only be completed after 10 processes such as texturing, diffusion, etching, and annealing.

After the production line is fully produced, it can produce at least 140,000 to 150,000 batteries per day, with an annual production capacity of 5 GW, fully automated equipment, and a significant increase in production efficiency. The average efficiency of battery mass production exceeds 23%.

It is expected that by the end of this year, the company's monocrystalline silicon wafer production capacity will reach more than 75 GW, and the monocrystalline module production capacity will reach more than 30 GW.
