The Highest Efficiency is 26.49%! Tongwei HJT Production Line Has Completed the Development of Double-sided Microcrystalline

On July 25th, Tongwei stated on the interactive platform that the company independently developed the industry's first large-scale TOPConPECVDPoly technology production line. And in 2022, TNC solar cell products will be fully launched. The first 9GW TNC solar cell production line currently has an average conversion efficiency of 25.7% and a yield rate of 98.2%. It is planned to complete the SE upgrade of the production line in the third quarter of this year, and the efficiency of the production line will increase by more than 0.2% on the current basis.

The company's THC production line based on HJT technology has completed the development of double-sided nanocrystals. The current highest efficiency is 26.49%, the module power is 732.6W (210 size 66-cell format, TUV SÜD), and the yield rate is over 97%.
