On April 6, TCL announced the price of monocrystalline silicon wafers.

The quotations for P-type 210 and 182 silicon wafers with a thickness of 150 μm are 1.036 USD/piece and 0.824 USD/piece. The quotations for N-type 210 and 182 silicon wafers with a thickness of 130 μm are 1.055 USD/piece and 0.838 USD/piece. The price of N-type 210 and 182 silicon wafers with a thickness of 110 μm is 1.013 USD/piece and 0.805 USD/piece.

Compared with March, for p-type silicon wafers, 218.2 (150 μm) silicon wafers decreased by 0.023 USD/piece; 210 (150 μm) silicon wafers decreased by 0.022 USD/piece; 182 (150μm) silicon wafers rose 0.026 USD/piece. For N-type silicon wafers, 210 (130 μm) silicon wafers are reduced by 0.022 USD/piece; 182 (130 μm) silicon wafers are increased by 0.019 USD/piece; 210 (110 μm) silicon wafers are reduced by 0.022 USD/piece; 182 (110 μm) silicon wafers are increased by 0.017 USD /piece.
